Are you in a position or in a condition? To be in a position is to have power or resources to help someone while to be in a condition is to need someone's help. If you are in a position but fails to help someone in a condition then you'll also be in a condition that no one will be able to help you. if you believe God in your condition then be ready for a promotion but if you disregard Him in your position then be ready for a demotion!
